I came on the date of July 13 on a Sunday I went to the 3ft pool section with my child and stepped down and my foot went into the step and broke I pulled my foot out it was sore I told the lifeguard and she told another one. My issue was this .... nobody cared and I left hurt. I even told the front desk and they said nothing... I want be back and I recommend family's not to bring there kids to this place...
Issues with the pool. There is not a refillalble water station that said you HAVE to purchase water or other refreshments or drink out of a water fountain. If you have a medical issue Gluten or Celiac you are not allowed to bring in a baggie of almonds or a small container of GF crackers. I was told "If you want to eat those things you can eat them in your car". WOW?!? Having this issue is not a choice but a life style change. My request is that management try going Gluten free for two weeks and see how many things you can't... read more
