Very expensive. Spent 3 hours steam cleaning parts. Will never use again...
I called to make an appointment for a repair and I had to cancel that same day due to work obligations. The guy I spoke to (Alex) was very rude and unprofessional. I am glad I ended up having to cancel because I do not want to do business with this company. Good customer service is so important and this company is terrible at that.

Made an appointment with them. Had to pay 85 ahead of time. Called the next day to tell me the guy that was supposed to come out would not answer the phone or voicemail. Now it is the weekend and I’m stuck without a fridge at least until next week. They are supposed to be refunding the money.
