I have just received the keys to my brand new home. The whole process was amazing. All the staff were amazing from the start to finish. All queries were answered in a timely manner. All staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Site Supervisor Craig was great and really honest and approachable. Reanna in selections was fantastic and made the process easy and fun!. All the liaison staff were great as well. Thanks to everyone at Construction Services for building my beautiful forever home

The communication with Anthony was amazing, he always kept me in the loop and scored us some land where we were able to build a home that we envisioned. Hickinbotham built my investment property in Riverlea Park and I’m really happy with the overall experience. The build was completed quickly and efficiently, with everything delivered as promised. Communication was average at times, but the end result was great. I would recommend Hickinbotham to anyone looking to build an investment property.
It’s a shame. I really liked dealing with statesman in the beginning. They were helpful and easy to get along with would answer phone calls and emails quickly. As soon as the three month handover was completed they didn’t want to know me. Faults I’ve sent off before the 3 month handover period was over and still haven’t heard nothing from them. From my sales consultant Anthony Tobey through to Construction Services everyone has been brilliant so far, I've dealt with Alexandra, Anna and Bruna all awesome at their jobs. Not let the building begin Sadly 8 months down the track and my opinion has changed dramatically. Constant delays, emails unanswered fobbed off, 3 months of no action I'm so over this company I currently looking at legal action. Would I recommend Statesman homes not a friggin chance. So many promises so many disappointments
