From my sales consultant Anthony Tobey through to Construction Services everyone has been brilliant so far, I've dealt with Alexandra, Anna and Bruna all awesome at their jobs. Not let the building begin Sadly 8 months down the track and my opinion has changed dramatically. Constant delays, emails unanswered fobbed off, 3 months of no action I'm so over this company I currently looking at legal action. Would I recommend Statesman homes not a friggin chance. So many promises so many disappointments
They will build your house and it will meet compliance but if they do something that doesn't look right or cosmetically doesn't look right. They're not interested in doing anything to fix it. They will do the bare minimum wherever they can. Some of the people that work there seem like they want to help but they're stopped by the systems in place
Built with Statesman Homes back in late 2016 overall build quality is about what you would expect for a “budget” main stream builder. However pretty frustrating having to get both bathrooms fully re-done after nine years because of poor workmanship at the time of build. Things like bath not being seated properly has resulted in tiles constantly cracking, tiles fall towards cabinets on the floor, no fall in one shower at all so your left with a puddle in the shower, wall tiles wedged up against windows frames resulting in cra... read more
This was our second time building with Construction Services Australia, both experiences were great but our most recent build was even better than the first. We found all of the staff were excellent, the sales consultant helped us with early and important design choices which have made a huge difference to the overall look and feel of the finalised house. We couldn’t fault the service we received during signing up and the pre-con journey. But the build itself and dealing with warranty is just a nightmare. From issues on site not being dealt with and with an attitude of it’s not my problem and leaving it for the next trade, to substandard bench tops being installed. And the raising issues to not even get a reply but just a formal letter is just poor client service, especially when people have invested so much.
