Excellent customer service! Prompt, reasonable, great communication, reliable. They came out next day and adjusted my hot tub settings so that it would run better. They troubleshooted an issue that will save me tons of money in the winter! Very professional and courteous.
Very honest, and very helpful. Called to have them come out and the tech I spoke with, John, helped me troubleshoot over the phone and fixed my issue. I even offered to pay him for his time and he respectively declined. After this experience I will always reach out them first for any spa related issues.
I spoke with the owner numerous times on a Sunday regarding my problem. He was very patient, understanding, and helped me out a great deal. I owe a mountain of gratitude to him. I wish all businesses were as dedicated and service oriented as this company is.
