Thoroughly impressed with these guys....I spoke to John and within 24 hours he had Ryan out to my hot tub to diagnose and repair the problem.New pump installed swiftly.
Disorganized, Not Thorough, and Disrespectful – AVOID This was hands down one of the most infuriating and disappointing experiences I’ve ever had with any service provider. Duplicate listing with "Best Hot Tub Repair" - sharing here too. Hired for hot tub leak and heating issues. Initially seemed promising. Entered my yard without notice. John was so helpful and accommodating! My issue was resolved very quickly and with minimal headache or back-and-forth. I will definitely contact them for any issues in the future.
The technician was extremely professional, very helpful explained everything thoroughly, fixed the problem and was super easy to work with.
Professional, pleasant and super responsive. John and his team offer quality and prompt service. Ryan did a great job replacing my hot tub pump! I’ll use again in the future for any hot tub issues.
