I thought I'd give the full synthetic oil change Groupon a shot, even with all the bad reviews. I went to the shop and parked, and was told to come back in about an hour. I walked around for about an an hour and a half, came back, and was told they can't change my oil because "the lift is broken". No call or anything during the time I was waiting. I was asked to reschedule, but I took time off of my busy schedule to get this oil change. Do not go to this shop.
Made an appointment and they redeemed my Groupon voucher only to be told 5min later that they can't take my car cause they were updating their system and to reschedule. Rescheduled another day and come to find out they were closed! Will fight Groupon to get my refund. Beware they're scammers.
SCAM ALERT!!! DO NOT COME HERE!!!! The owner of this place is a scammer. I’ve paid a down payment for a SUV and I’ve been trying to contact him to proceed but no answers. At this point I just want my money back. But I get no answers!! If I could give negative stars, I would.
They have Groupons for oil changes but when you try to use the Groupon they leave you hanging.. tried 3x in one week and the dude who does the scheduling lied and said I never called to make the appointment when I spoke to him THOSE 3 DIFFERENT TIMES. Waste of money and time.
