I’m writing this as the daughter of a long-time patient of this office, and I am extremely disappointed and hurt by how we were treated. My mom does not speak English, so for years I have helped her call, schedule appointments, and understand her care. Recently I called the office on her behalf to schedule an appointment for her and clearly explained that I was her daughter. Showed up for an appointment an hour away, that’s been set for almost a month, only to be told that they do not accept my insurance. Wasted my time and gas money, even though I completed all my paperwork before the appointment, including my insurance information. My insurance provider has them listed as a in-network provider, but they refused to accept my insurance. Very unprofessional and disappointing and frustrating!
The office staff here are terrible. They are rude. I called about three weeks ago and had a few questions about means of contact. The woman on the phone was very rude to me. When it became obvious she could not help me, she suggested I speak with the office manager. The Office manager was not available at that time so a message was left for her to call me. Absolutely horrible please do not go here. I apologize for the long message in advance, but if you really wanna know what this place is like I recommend reading. I’m a single mom at 19 with my first child. I didn’t know anything about being a mom and didn’t know where to go so I chose this place and I highly regret it.
