The office staff here are terrible. They are rude. I called about three weeks ago and had a few questions about means of contact. The woman on the phone was very rude to me. When it became obvious she could not help me, she suggested I speak with the office manager. The Office manager was not available at that time so a message was left for her to call me. Absolutely horrible please do not go here. I apologize for the long message in advance, but if you really wanna know what this place is like I recommend reading. I’m a single mom at 19 with my first child. I didn’t know anything about being a mom and didn’t know where to go so I chose this place and I highly regret it. The end of my pregnancy was during the holiday season so I couldn’t transfer to a different OB/GYN by the time I realized I needed to due to them all being full. I work in a warehouse. I really like Dr. Rogers— she’s an excellent doctor and I have a lot of respect for her . Unfortunately, my experience with her receptionist, Skylar, has not been positive. She came across as rude and unprofessional, when asked about a referral I previously requested I hope this can be addressed, because Dr. Rogers deserves better representation at the front desk.
