I’ve spoken with over a dozen law firms in Sacramento, and this was by far my worst experience. The receptionist had a noticeably unprofessional attitude. I simply asked whether the firm would be available to take on my case and provided the relevant date. Instead of addressing my question, she immediately quoted me their hourly rate.
