I was to appear in court on May 6th at 0845. I showed up and was greeted at the door of Court room 2 and told the bailiff the name of the case I was a witness to. He said that was not on the docket and the Public Defender told me the case was moved last week to the Circuit Court. I never received any information to this and / or the case needing to be moved. Why is there a budget for the Victim Witness unit? Gross failure and cost your victim a day's work and pay. Thank You.
