Sept 2025 I had a serious issue deveĺop through my low back and right leg. Hindering all regular mobility. I had chiros screw things up even worse. It wasn't until regular treatment from Mandy that my body was finally able to start recovering. It wasn't just treatment. It was education. She has an extensive knowledge. I had the opportunity to experience the float therapy here, and it was truly rejuvenating. I felt deeply relaxed afterward and noticeably refreshed. The space was clean, calming, and thoughtfully designed, which made it easy to fully unwind. I would definitely recommend trying a float session if you’re looking for a restorative experience.
I go about once a month for Reflexology treatments with Cara. I have noticed a difference in reduce arthritis inflammation and better circulation in my feet. It has been very cold and my feet have been very warm. I have had the PEMF therapy and have noticed that has helped reduce inflammation as well.
