I worked with Kyle and he was honest and great. He is very experienced and knowledgeable. He was able to answer every question I had and always responded to my messages quickly.
We had Jake Picard help with our house closing and it was a consistent mess from him. Honestly, his involvement was the most stressful part of the selling process. He was extremely careless with numerous errors which would have cost us quite a bit of money (e.g., not including the amount from the oil tank despite repeated requests and follow ups; and selecting inaccurate characteristics such as an underground oil tank which has significant implications).
