We had Jake Picard help with our house closing and it was a consistent mess from him. Honestly, his involvement was the most stressful part of the selling process. He was extremely careless with numerous errors which would have cost us quite a bit of money (e.g., not including the amount from the oil tank despite repeated requests and follow ups; and selecting inaccurate characteristics such as an underground oil tank which has significant implications).
