I usually do not write negative reviews but I felt so disrepected. Terrible customer service at this Stater Bros. We accidentally miscounted our items in the express lane because most of what we bought were loose vegetables, which is not exactly easy to track. Instead of handling it with understanding, the cashier (older lady) gave us judgmental looks and then laughed about us with the next customer. Extremely unprofessional and inappropriate behavior. I love this store but today I bought flank ribs and poor cuts all bone I'm a bit upset...idk if I'll go back and the guy insisted I couldn't get the ones in the front of window
Middle of summer and NO COLD BAGS in store. Four white shirt management stood in a circle near the front of the store chuckling and chit-chating. Perhaps ONE of them could do something about the lack of cold bags. A kind courtesy clerk looked for one for me and the checker apologized saying they haven't been able to get any in for customers. VERY POOR planning by Stater Bros. management. As one who is handicap and moves slow with limited mobility having cold bags is important!
