After shopping at the Cypress store for 28 years I will no longer go there. They are allowing customers to come in without a mask, which IS required by law in Orange County. When issue was brought up, the assistant manager told me that the cypress police told them they will not enforce the law, so they are allowing people in, to cough and sneeze over the food you are going to buy. Hi Chris - Thanks for sharing your review. We strongly encourage our customers to wear face coverings per CDC guidelines and we continue to offer masks to customers if they don’t have one available. However, we will not ask our employees to enforce the directive as that could potentially escalate (to an altercation) and jeopardize their safety and the safety of shoppers around. Staff is always pleasant and knowledgeable! Your store is a convenient location and the prices even tho during the virus have gone up, have usually been more affordable than other grocery stores! Thank you

Management and staff were great. I was sampling yesterday and today Sunday April 22nd and I don't care for the location where I was set up it wasn't where the public is passing so I didn't particularly care for it was against the wall on the corner. I did suggest to the manager about my feelings
