Today I went for pre testing for a procedure. The nurse who checked me was very nice. When it came to drawing my blood specimens sadly the technician lacked experience and inserted the needle into 3 sites and finally a 4th and managed to get blood. I’m sorry but I have blood draw every six month at Quest and they’ve never had a problem even with thin veins. I feel that the technician may need additional training to be on point with drawing blood.
