I called SI Stairlifts Pro and Nick answered, he was so helpful explaining everything to me. This was my first time ordering a stairlift for my mom. A week later he installed the stairlift at my parents house. Nick was the sweetest guy, he kept me updated on the installation , did such a beautiful and clean job. He showed my dad how to use it. If you need a stairlift for yourself, your parents or grandparents I highly recommend SI Stairlifts Pro and ask for Nick. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would. Thank you Nick
If I can give 10 Stars I would! I found this company based on the reviews, which are extremely important to me. I needed a stairlift installed for my dad who was coming home from rehab in crunch time and I figured "let me give it a shot". So I called. I spoke to Nick on a Saturday, a complete gentleman! He came to my house the very next day from Brooklyn (in a snow storm) to Staten Island where I live! Nick and his co-worker have done two stairlifts in my house. They are professional, prompt, courteous and get the job done. I can’t recommend them enough.
