Professional and helpful. Thankful for the care they've given to my mother.
Very terrible experience. Highly unprofessional, invalidation of privacy, no help, no care. I had to wait a week to obtain my lab results by going to where I got my blood work done not even through my primary care physician. I was given false information by the staff with my primary care physician. I filed a complaint with the NYS Department of Heath. Would not recommend, you would be wasting your time and getting no help what so ever.
