Was given an appointment, showed up with vehicle 2 lifts open. Said ready in an hour. I said okay gonna take a walk call me when ready. Came back 2 hrs later vehicle not on lift yet. Why give me an appointment. Funny vehicle next on lift coincidence I think not
It was easy to get an appointment and at a convenient time for me (11 am not 8am) I pulled right in, no waiting. I was told it would take 90 minutes and I left to run errands. When I returned 2 hours later my car was ready. Even better I paid with GM points ( no $ out of pocket). The staff were all courteous and attentive. I was given a coupon for a free car wash too
I took my car in on a recall. They had the part available and replaced it the same day. From the reception desk to the mechanics all did their job well and friendly.

Samantha and her team were excellent at your dealership. However, the approach by GMC to repair my company vehicle was not practical as my vehicle was in the dealership for over 8 months. I believe that in the end, they did what could have been done from the beginning.
