Mary Giordano a member of SIBOR who works for Coldwell Banker Real Estate is extremely unprofessional. Once you are in contract she forgets your number. Never showed for final walk through and never notified her clients she wouldn't be there. I wonder if she would be MIA if she didn't get her commission check. Be very careful with her, she only has one person's best interest at heart and that is her and her commission.
