I asked 100 times if it was strictly hand wash, and the attendant got annoyed and each time answered “yes”. Minutes later, I caught one of the guys trying to use a hard-bristle brush on my car. The exact opposite of what I came here to avoid. To make matters worse, the drying job was sloppy. They didn’t even bother wiping down the doors or the trunk area, leaving visible dust and dirt behind.
PRICEY FOR A MEDIOCRE CAR WASH
Atrocious service. The guy that was supposed to be giving the tickets so you can pay was no where to be found. Then when I went to go pay (besides the cashier being about 12 years old) they wouldn't ring me up because I did not have a ticket. So I had to go back outside and hunt the guy down. Which was me walking into the actual area where the put the cars through to get a ticket finally. The place was a unorganized MESS. And besides the horrible service, they cleaned my car like trash.
