After two sessions, I was not happy with my hair color/highlights. Clearly we had a breakdown in communication in what my vision was. I was clearly upset but was respectful and said I would be in touch. After reaching out to find a way to move forward, she told me that she would not correct my hair and that she would no longer work with me.
Statements Style Lounge is hands down the best salon I’ve ever been to! From the moment you walk in you are greeted with warmth and friendly smiles.
