This was the most difficult experience I’ve had trying to get a railing. They came highly recommended by my husbands builder friends. We called multiple times and it took over a week to get a call back despite multiple tries. Once we got through I was able to get an appointment so I figured ok. The rep came out ( Jeremy) and he seemed really nice and took notes and measurements. He told me he would have an estimate by the following week. Next week came and went. I had the best experience working with this company from start to finish. They communicated clearly every step of the way including when the materials would be delivered and when the project would start. The craftsmanship of the guy they have doing the woodwork is absolutely gorgeous. His work is impeccable. Here is how our stairwell looks on the first and second floor after the new install. This is before we paint and replace the stair runner. I would give this company 10/10 and I'm a very tough critic.
