Stately Homes built our beach house and the experience for us was great! The Stately team made everything so easy, from design selection to progress update. They stand behind their products and have been on the spot with any warranty items I’ve had, which was very minimal. The house they built was high quality and I can’t recommend them enough. If you are thinking about working with a builder, I highly recommend Stately. They take pride in their work and keep their words.
We took a leap of faith, and spent a ton of money and chose Stately Homes to build our new permanent residence in Galveston. From day 1 to current Stately's service is extremely good. We first contacted Stately Homes when we were experiencing an unknown water leak in our shower. Although their wheelhouse is in new construction, they were wonderful in coordinating the multiple subcontractors to identify the problem and promptly resolve the issue. Their team swiftly walked our house and brought others to minimize multiple appointments as we both have full time jobs and busy schedules. Building our home with Stately Homes in Galveston was a wonderful experience.
