Ted and his wife Stephanie built us a fantastic custom home in Houston. This was an expensive 4600 sq ft home. It was completed on time and on budget. It exceeded our expectations. We would use Stately Homes again. A great experience!!

We hired Stately Homes as our GC for 3 new construction beach homes and a townhome. As working professionals, it’s essential for our investments to have a streamline process and quick response time. We bought a house from Stately and will never buy another one from this company. We had to have almost every subcontractor come out over the first year of the warranty to fix things which were done incorrectly/poorly/cheaply to begin with. Driveway, patio, electric, HVAC, cabinets, windows, septic, garage doors, and insulation. Some people more than once. A few of the subcontractors left horrible messes in our yard. Stately Homes was the general contractor on a home renovation we completed three years ago. The experience was overwhelming unsatisfactory with mistake after mistake being made and Ted (the owner of Stately) not taking responsibility for them or doing so too late. We had a brand new sliding glass door broken by his crew, wood floors that warped and had to be replaced after we moved in, plumbing and drainage issues and the job site was always left a mess.
