Called Stately at the last minute as our new lounge on back order came through all of a sudden & is being delivered within 24 hrs - we wanted to freshen the rug up under it (drink spills & inside furry four legged family) Bev answered & helped out straight away! Later the same afternoon Stately came through & took care of it! So impressed! We’ve had previous rug cleaning done by other companies & didn’t have high expectations after the results - but wow! Quite literally saved the day!! My 6yr old thought my brand new lounge would make a fun canvas for his red zinc. Contacted these guys immediately and they came out the next day and got my lounge looking brand new again. Thankyou so much.

I have no words. I called Bev today and asked if I could get a carpet clean and pest control as soon as possible. I had people previously booked in who were meant to do a bond clean, carpet clean and pest control and they scammed me and I needed to get the keys back to the real estate by 5pm. Bev was absolutely wonderful, she offered me a free of charge carpet clean and pest control after everything I had gone through. Completely professional and the best cleans we've ever gotten, Extremely well presented and represented from the office to the workman on the ground.
