Absolutely would not recommend. Dropped a prescription off for a splint. Told it'd be taken the next day to another location because that location isn't operating....... that was last Thursday. Called Tuesday, nothing in the system. Called today, same thing. Keep being told I'll get a call back, never happens.

Stateline line equipment, deliver wronge size mattress then tryed to give low grade topper for the same price not a gel mattress to fit my bed. One year later trying to bill my insurance company talking about it's a rental mattress. I've called no one will pick up the phone.to many issues to deal with. If you like problems I recommend this company. I gave one star cause they deliver the wronge mattress they wanted to down grade and charge same price.one year later saying the mattress is a rental. OMG REALLY.

I can’t say enough good things about Stateline Medical Equipment. From the moment I called, the staff was professional, helpful, and incredibly knowledgeable. If you are looking for a substandard, low quality, poor customer service medical supply company choose Stateline Medical Supply company in Miamisburg, Ohio. This Miamisburg office is bad, and their communication is some of the worse I’ve every seen. Stay away from this place.

Unless they can BILL your INSURANCE it's not feasible for them to serve the general public as a consumer you go there and they're closed NEVER OPEN signs on door stating hours an hand written sign that stays on the door since I've been trying to go there in 2013 so I call they send me over before NOON had the same experience when I tried going after noon, I go to the door still LOCKED I have to call back now this has happened whenever I have needed something that drug stores don't carry an until today this place DONT EITHER ... read more
