I am extremely disappointed with Stateline Flooring. Although the materials are good, the execution was reckless. The installation team rushed the process, leaving gaps where the flooring should be flush and causing physical damage to my stove. Furthermore, It has now been months since the installation, and communication is non-existent. have reached out to Becky multiple times with no response after the final check cleared. Great service with competitive prices. My carpet was installed perfectly.
Becki was helpful, knowledgeable, and enthusiastic. Jeremy and his installation crew were personable and professional. My family is very happy with our new carpet, and I am confident that we chose the best flooring company to work with. The prices were good, but it's the people that I worked with that really made this a positive experience.
From Becki who explained the differences between the flooring and the professionalism of the flooring installers, we couldn't be happier with our luxury vinyl floors . I'd definitely would have them do anymore flooring and recomend them to anyone
