Very nice facility and the sales team was very helpful and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend this facility.
This place sucks. I stopped in to look at boats. I walked around on one side of the building. Guys working on boats just looked at me like what are you doing here. So walked to other side of building where more boats parked, not a single person came out to say Boo to me. I was like dam, business must so good with boat repairs that selling boats is just a side gig. Sorry, I don't do business with people like this. Nor should you.
I recently purchased a Malibu boat from Sateamind KC. I didn't realize there was a Malibu dealer located near Overland Park and had been looking out of town for a number of months. I'm really glad our paths eventually crossed as it was one of the best sales experiences I've had. Gary and the rest of their team took great care of me and made the whole process really easy.
Just had service done on my Malibu here. Pumped to have Malibu representation back in KC. The guys at Sportsmans attack customer service with the same dedication Stateamind always has.
