I bought my ‘23 Ford Explorer back in December ‘24 from Statewide Auto. I had nothing less than an excellent experience and would recommend them to anyone in the market for a used vehicle. Andrew was helpful, answered every question I had, was patient when I explained to him that I was waiting on my insurance company to deposit funds from my previous vehicle that had been totaled. Just a great overall experience and I’m still loving the Explorer!
I recently bought a Tesla Model X from Statewide Autos. The whole experience from beginning to end was awesome. From the moment I expressed interest in the vehicle which I found advertised online to the moment I took it home the level of customer service Andrew provided me was phenomenal. Very nice family owned operation. Met the dad, two sons and Joey the mechanic on my first visit. Had a minor issue and it was addressed immediately. Vehicle was missing an engine splash shield, which was ordered and replaced free of charge. Returned again for an ABS issue and found their shop to be knowledgeable, with rates well within reason. I Havnt gotten my vehicle yet, but just from talking to them on the phone and test driving my vehicle, they are very respectful and go out of their way to make everything possible. The staff is really nice. Have to say hard to find good used car dealers, but let me tell you highly will recommend them to everyone. Can't wait to get my vehicle....
I'm not typically the type of person who does reviews, but after buying a vehicle from state wide autos I felt I had to. Andrew was one of the most personable people I had ever dealt with when purchasing anything in life. It didn't feel like I was dealing with a typical salesman, he went out of his way to help me during every step of the process and was very patient.
