Really terrible car rental. Just one employee service more than 20 customers. Waiting forever for get car!
This review should receive a ZERO rating! Scheduled a rental for a mini day trip. Preregistered with all documents. Waiting in a short line for one hour. Employee was unprofessional and lied about how quickly the damage hold would be returned to my credit card. It was very dangerous getting in and out of the parking lot. Everything about this experience felt dangerous and chaotic. If possible, I booked through Priceline assuming it would be a reputable company. Very dissatisfied!
Easirent at Las Vegas airport is far from easy!! 2 shuttle rides to get to them, they must have written proof that your personal insurance covers rentals or they charge you for theirs, and be ready for a $500 deposit.

I arrived in the late afternoon and had the pleasure of meeting Marcus G after a long flight. You absolutely need someone with his personality. This was the best service I’ve had at this location. If you’re a local, please be aware that you’ll have to pay a 700+ deposit and you’re not allowed to leave the state. You can add on extra funds to allow you to leave, but be prepared.
