Got about 30 people in line and 1 to 2 people working the counter… been waiting over hr to get my rental!!!! Never again
2 shuttles and a 2 hour wait and you MIGHT get your car. Do NOT use this company. Horrible experience
Closes at 11p. Employee told me to get an Uber due to my flight getting in at 9:59p. When specifically it says they will help those w/ late flights. Especially rude and unprofessional w/ false information. Not picking up the car by 11p considered a no call no shows and couldn't pick up my vehicle the next day (week reservation.)
Very bad service , I had e reservation for full car size and when I went to pick it up they said they out of full size and I had to pay more money for upgrade that I don’t won’t.and I already paid it through Expedia .
Scammed a friend of mine out of nearly 2k, I wouldn’t trust this company if you’re considering it
