I had a very negative experience dealing with this company during the 2025 storm recovery in Northern Michigan. There were serious issues that were never resolved, despite multiple attempts to address them directly. Communication became difficult, and the situation was ultimately left unresolved. Jose and his crew did a great job pruning our trees. Temperatures were low with snow on the ground however they arrived on time and completed the job in one day. They also did a good job cleaning up the job site. Thank you for a job well done!
I worked all summer long cleaning what I could on my property from the ice storm. Winter is coming and I needed help, called 3 companies for quotes on the work, 1 was extremely high, another never responded. State Road tree service came in with a very resonable quote for the services. They showed up when exspected and did a wonderful professional job in very time. I thought I would call around for some tree work I needed done and Tony came out the next day and was super polite giving me great advice but not forcing work on me. He gave me a quote of over half of previous tree removal I have had done in the past. His crew was out 8 am on the dot the next morning and it was a large crew. They worked so hard and made everything perfect. Totally recommend them and their services to everybody. Will be using them again when tree work needed.
