Helpful and knowledgeable
I’ve bought 3 machines from this location and been directly involved with 5 other purchases from friends and other business owners, recently I needed to trade two in for one due to medical reasons. Both the KC location and the Brookline location refused to help with trade ins. There has been a huge turnover since I purchased the original machines and I will never be back to any State Tractor locations. I received Horrible service this time and will make sure to spread the word.
I can’t say enough about how pleasant my experience was in purchasing a new sany machine from Brian . Very honest , helpful, and went out of his way to answer any questions that I had . And getting me in the right machine . He even delivered my machine a hour and 15 min away from Springfield. Very knowledgeable and very thorough on the walk around .
