Absolutely unprofessional behavior. It is impossible for them to pick up the phone to set up a viewing appointment. Then an automated AI texts you and helps you schedule an appointment and then they never appear to the appointment. You got sent confirmation messages and even reminders. Please do not waste your time if you apartment hunting
Great experience so far. =) Crystal is professional and timely, Greekgo keeps things looking good, and David has been great with maintenance. Problems are few, and are solved quickly. Great location. Quite part of town. Right next to great dining, which includes Koi (Sushi/Thai), and Jimmy Kelly’s Steakhouse (a Nashville classic).
