Owner is extremely rude. Great way to lose customers.
The owner is super honest and super helpful. You can tell from checking the parking lot how many are ahead of you, three cars line up down the middle of the lot and more than that go on the far right side of the lot. He has many loyal customers so there is usually a wait but I bring a book and settle in, I'd rather wait here than take a chance anywhere else.
No muss no fuss. Mark keeps everything moving smoothly. Highly recommend.
