So as you know Al was in an accident Friday night- the jeep was towed by State Street Towing. They aren’t open on Sat. or Sun.. My son brought his truck, wench & car hauler over & they went to over to pick up the truck. . So he gave them the bill & it had to be paid in cash! Drum roll please - $1,400.00!!!!! Do NOT take your car here for anything. They will overcharge you incredibly, and whichever pissant they have answering the phone needs an attitude adjustment. "No key" no shit, did you try asking? No, you didn't, just like you didn't remove any snow you charged me for. False advertising business too, they'll go by "Westside" only when they tow your car so they can try and hold it longer and add more fees.

Had my car towed to this place after an accident. Wanted to grab my house keys and belongings and they refused to let me have them and wanted me to pay for them. Had the police grab my house keys and then I had my insurance company arrange to get my car towed home. Never do business with these criminals.
Extortion artist they charge extortionate prices to keep your car so they can keep and resell your vehicle have to pay 100+ if the kept through the night even if the reason is the took your car when they are closing bad people bad service needs to be sued.
