I wish I would have read the reviews before giving money. Every bad review is absolutely accurate. I saw the Facebook ad and messaged Faith and she had Alex call me to sign up at 9pm. The price was higher than Faith quoted then he sprung a $25 bullshit fee last minute. I had my boat and trailer with me to put in the unit so I asked how long do I have access and was told til 10pm. I was 5 minutes away so I went to put my boat in my unit and opened the door to find it wasnt emptied or cleaned. Someone had to be living in it fr... read more

There's been ups and downs through the entire process however I'm not going to complain I needed the storage unit and I got it when I needed it the only thing I was not very happy about was the added fee before being consulted.
