I wish I would have read the reviews before giving money. Every bad review is absolutely accurate. I saw the Facebook ad and messaged Faith and she had Alex call me to sign up at 9pm. The price was higher than Faith quoted then he sprung a $25 bullshit fee last minute. I had my boat and trailer with me to put in the unit so I asked how long do I have access and was told til 10pm. There's been ups and downs through the entire process however I'm not going to complain I needed the storage unit and I got it when I needed it the only thing I was not very happy about was the added fee before being consulted.
Great team, great space, we love our workshop! Lucas is the best!
Was going good until they decided to tack on an extra "insurance" I didn't ask for, adding to my monthly payment without discussing anything with me first. Without signing an agreement for it. Then when I call about it I'm hung up on. And cannot get anyone to answer when calling back... Easy enough to say I will start my moving out phase this month.
