Our unit was broken into multiple times by people breaking through the drywall from adjoining units. We can’t get anyone on the phone. Every time you call, you get an automated text to message a different number. The person almost never texts you back with any answers. We requested a move-out date and did everything listed in the move-out email. We are still getting billed and can’t get in touch with anyone. Do not use this company!

This place has had some renovations, yes. But the owners are shady as hell. They only upgraded after people lost everything in the last hurricane. I was lied to repeatedly. Locks were cut and changed so I wouldn't be able to get into my storage unit which in the end cost me more of my items that could have been salvaged if they hadn't sat in rain water for a month.
