Beware of pricing deals. Was looking for a local storage option that wasn’t a chain - this place offered a great deal on the size we needed but after signing up, found out it was a promo price and actual price would be almost double after 1st month. Nowhere in the web info did it disclose it was a promotional price or temporary. Very disappointing experience.

Dishonest pricing. Sign up for one price and it doubled as soon as agreement was signed. Complained to company and they blamed it on an independent online marketing company. Not only did they refuse to honor original pricing, but they would not let me cancel and are still trying to charge my card for monthly fees even though we have moved out and canceled everything according to their policies. We even moved out and cleaned unit 3 days prior to requested move out date

Lucas and Alex were walking on the front gate when I came in to take a load out of my storage unit. I'm 72 years old I'm 100% disabled veteran I'm having cancer surgery on Tuesday which is only 3 days away. I had a box that I could not move so I offered the two gentlemen some money if they would just help load it into the truck. CLEAN UP THE GARBAGE OUTSIDE AND ON THE INSIDE OF YOUR FACILITY AND I'LL TAKE THIS REVIEW DOWN. THE AMOUNT OF GARBAGE DOWN THE RIGHT SIDE OF YOUR PROPERTY OUT FRONT AND OUT BACK IS JUST GROSS AND SHOWS A LACK OF CARE FOR THE PROPERTY, THE BUSINESS , YOUR CUSTOMERS AND OUR PLANET!!! I WOULD BE DOWNRIGHT EMBARRASSED TO HAVE MY BUSINESS LOOK LIKE THIS. IF THIS IS HOW THE OUTSIDE OF THE PROPERTY IS CARED FOR, IT DOESNT SAY MUCH FOR HOW YOU WOULD CATE FOR THE INSIDE AND YOUR CUSTOMERS!
