They scheduled me for an appointment today (7/21) at this location. They are no longer here. The building is out of service. This is my first time visiting them. The receptionist who confirmed my appointment last week made no mention of possible new location, never shared the address with me and never called me to follow up about my visit. I called them twice and spent 15 mins on hold no one picked up. How can they not share an address at time of booking knowing that google will bring me here. Terrible
I have been seeing DR Namir Kosa for my years. He is an excellent physician, caring, compassionate and knowledgeable. His staff is excellent, respectful and courteous. I would recommend this practice to every body.
Hi i want to complain about my PCP, his name is Dr. Namir Kosa, MD at state road medical associates. He was so rude. He did not tell me that there is a time limit for his service. He saw me at best 30 minutes. But at the last moment he said twice very very loudly that he can not see a patient like me for 2 hours. Even as a new patient i needed to explain all my problems but he was so rude to me and denied the service saying no time today.
