Ownership is not very professional when it comes to handling emergency repair services. Technicians are limited in knowlege and the company does not stand behind their work. First time I used the company in 2018ish to fix a salad bar cooler that was not holding temp. Technician replaced several hundred dollars in parts and the problem surfaced again just days later. Tried their service again in 2024 for a buggy ice maker. Technician replaced a burnt up part and I was charged over $1000 for the part and labor. Three days late... read more

Great. Couldn't ask for a better experience.
Very helpful and knowledgeable! I needed someone in a pinch and they came through. They are the only place in town that I'm aware of that will work on just about anything.
