Extremely unprofessional with poor diagnostic skills. His only recommendation was to continue using the system despite the already significant damage to our ceiling. He was unwilling to thoroughly discuss alternative solutions or concerns, and abruptly walked out in the middle of the conversation without properly addressing the issue.
Ray from State Plumbing Service was outstanding. I called him in the morning for a leaking sink disposal, and the entire job was completed within just a few hours. He quickly diagnosed the issue, went to Home Depot to get the necessary part, and returned promptly to fix it.
