We only asked for a simple repair to our faucet. Replace cartridges. This job should take about 20 minutes but the estimate was over 400 dollars and we already had the parts. I don’t think he felt confident about being able to do this job. He also suggested replacing 2 faucets without knowing the type of faucets we would consider purchasing to replace with. How can he give a specific price quote without knowing which price range of faucets we would consider purchasing?
I called Mulberry, and they arrived the next day - no long wait! The plumber fixed the leaks under my sink perfectly, and tested, tested and tested some more to make sure the links were completely gone. As he did the repair, he explained the steps he was taking, and why. I appreciated that! And when he left, the space under the sink was spotless. What more can you ask for? A quick arrival, perfect work, and a clean job!
An emergency popped up and Mulberry made it a priority. Same day service, knowledgeable technician, he focused on the job at hand. Very professional service from initial phone call to waving goodbye. I hope no more emergencies like this pop up again, but if they do...I'm calling Mulberry.
