Condo Board don't follow Condo Laws The treasurer of this condo board likes to follow her rules. At a meeting in the beginning of the year the board was caught spending the owners money on $$$ gym equipment. 2 board members decided they needed some equipment and forgot to ask the owners for permission to spend owners money on the gym toys the 2 board members wanted. UH OH, The gym looks good but they can't keep the air or elevator working. They need to find a board that wants for the good of the group.
