this place is beyond a joke. i don’t know how half of these people have a job. nobody know what they are doing besides like 3 people they are super short and condescending. i made a complaint how awful people are here and they now have to provide a name. do not take it out on people who are falling on hard times because you’re life sucks. it sucks nowadays that people eject there own insecurities on to our fellow citizens.
Kelly was extremely knowledgeable and friendly when resolving my employer-related UI questions. The few times I have had to interact with ANYONE in MN government, they have been so helpful and kind. Kudos to Minnesota! Pleasure to work with from out of state.
I have been unemployed for months and when I am FINALLY approved for my unemployment I get a “random audit” on my account and have to send in my information! Then they need me to fax my documents over but that takes at least 5 days to checkout just for them to tell me it’s too dark and I need to send them again and wait another two weeks. JUST INSANE AND INHUMANE.
I was unemployed for 3 months and they never paid me. I recently got a job and I am still waiting on the payment. They keep telling me to wait 10 days for the money to be deposited. They put a request for a supervisor to call me because after two 10 day waiting periods, they still have not sent me any payments. The supervisor was supposed to call in 48 hours, it's been 4 business days. Thank God I had some money saved up or I wouldn't have enough for rent and groceries.
