Very disappointed in the service I received over the phone with a operator, she was very rude and unprofessional. She was not very helpful. She was scolding me like a child about my password reset. I told her I wanted to talk to someone else because she was rude and short temper maybe she needs a vacation because she sure doesn't like her job!!!!!

Like many people during this time of year, my husband in the trade union was laid off. He filed on September 29th and we did not receive any benefits for about a month due to extra proof needed for verification and his account was locked from a hacker from his last job trying to file unemployment under all the employees. this place is beyond a joke. i don’t know how half of these people have a job. nobody know what they are doing besides like 3 people they are super short and condescending. i made a complaint how awful people are here and they now have to provide a name. do not take it out on people who are falling on hard times because you’re life sucks. it sucks nowadays that people eject there own insecurities on to our fellow citizens.

Kelly was extremely knowledgeable and friendly when resolving my employer-related UI questions. The few times I have had to interact with ANYONE in MN government, they have been so helpful and kind. Kudos to Minnesota! Pleasure to work with from out of state.
