The staff was great especially one of them that I give big up to I don’t know her name but she was so Helton every way.
Made an appointment on idph MyChart even though you still have to wait in a line of cars it doesn’t help at all. Had to fill out paper forms because their system was down. When I finally got to the end of the line and had to swab myself some women started screaming “we done” sat in a car for an hour and a half waiting to give them my sample while all of the employees went to lunch at the same time. They didn’t scan my appointment barcode or anyone one else’s. Got tested 1/3/22, it’s been a week and a half now still no result... read more
Very organized with prompt results.
Even though the site says No appointment is needed, An Appointment is indeed needed. Upon arrival a young lady walks up and tells you to scan a QR code and sign up and fill out questions but she doesn’t inform that appointment needs to be scheduled first. Once I pulled up to the administrator to get tested they make you sit there to set an appointment on site. So I set an appointment and still waited over 30 minutes to get swabbed while all the administrators sat inside the freight office watching us wait
