The waiting room is empty and still waiting over a hour to be seen . The front staff said i could come back this afternoon, it is the afternoon. So rude they need to find better people to work the front desk. And this is my primary care dr office ugh.... when your in pain the last thing you want to deal with is rude behavior. Thing is once your rude to me i clap back and not in a trashie way but in a way that makes you feel 1inch tall. Rudest bunch of office people down to the doctors/nurses . They are only out for the money . 20 min time limit visit done or not! My family has gone here for 30/40 years and Dr Hatijouna would have never let this happen !

Moved to TN from PA and it took some time to get a primary care physician in the area. State of Franklin Urgent Care in Elizabethton was always wonderful and provided great care for my needs in the transition to a new state!
I am totally displeased with this place. Except for Tammy. I have something very serious going on and the care I received was nothing short of dismal. Working in the healthcare field for over twenty years, I know what quality patient care is, don’t expect it here. No communication at all. My condition is worsening I feel as though sofa has turned there backs to me during the most stressful days of my life while awaiting and wondering what is wrong with me.
