This was my first time here. This office is very caring about you and your well being. My adjustments were great. I even did cupping and red light therapy, On the negative side Dr. Ortiz did not tell me that he was taking half of my money for my treatment plan that we talked about doing for several weeks before I’ve even had the services. I am highly disappointed in the miscommunication and with him not being upfront and taking my money for more than the services I received. He did correct the problem and refunded me.
I had my first appointment with Dr.Vic. Very welcoming, went over my symptoms, explain procedure, and had my first adjustment. I am so glad I chose him as my Chiropractor I can’t believe after my first adjustment I feel so relaxed, less stiffness, less pain and looking forward to more care! Thank you Dr. Vic.

I came in today after a recommendation from my sister and was absolutely amazed by the level of service and care provided! He took the time to explain treatments and stretches at home and explain why I was feeling tension and pain. Will definitely be going back and bringing other people here as well!!
Dr. Ortiz is hands down one of the best healthcare providers I’ve ever worked with. My fiancé and I booked back-to-back appointments — him for intense hip pain from years of manual labor, and me for neck and back pain from being stuck at a desk all day.
