Our family has been attempting to receive benefits of under $15k from this company for months. They do not have any concept of how to appropriately utilize a small estate affidavit and take FOREVER to respond when you contact them.
Horrible company, I think they are running a scam on the vulnerable population. Don't get a policy through here!!!

We paid on these policies for over 30 years. They say it's for all the incidental costs you incur with having cancer, but they didn't pay you until you were just about done with your treatment and after his bout with cancer was over and they had paid some, they decided to cancel our policy with no chance of reinstatement! I would NEVER recommend this company.
