Very responsive and helpful. They allow pre purchase inspections and will drop it off at a shop for you. With this being said, make sure you get a pre purchase inspection to determine if the car is right for you. I was told this car passed Virginia state inspection back in July, but the pre purchase inspection in January revealed multiple items that would not pass state inspection now. Not sure how that happened.
I really enjoyed the service the communication and everything Aside that my Mart came which was a free $72.07
