Vehicle was messy, dirty and had rubbish on the floor. I had to pass rubbish to the staff to throw out as I was loaded into the vehicle. Staff didn't seem phased by how filthy it was. They also didn't make any effort to talk or make conversation during the transport. They seemed rushed and left some of my items behind (not sure if at other hospital or on the stretcher) but didn't arrive.
I’m heading from East Melbourne with Manuel (Manny) and Liam. They have been fantastic—organised, knowledgeable, caring but not patronising. They do great work👍
