Do NOT use. The company is sloppy and ruined my roof. Even worse, due to their work on my roof he VOIDED my roof warranty! When I brought this issue up to them, they claimed I told them they could cut my roof. Which doesn’t make sense because now I have to pay 5,000 to get my roof fixed AND with no warranty DUE to this company.
A/C heat pump stopped working Saturday evening. I like to support local businesses in my area. Tri-State Mechanical was one of the top 3-5 listed and their website showed a FREE service call ($55 value) for new customers. I called Saturday shortly after checking circuit breakers and found the heat pump humming indicating it would not start and probably was a bad motor starting capacitor. Over the last three weeks, my company has called four times to get a bid for insurance work. Each time I am told they should make it out in a few days and they are sorry they missed the last appointment, but they are short staffed. It appears that this company does not want any new business if they can not keep their promises. If they are busy, then they should make the appointment a few weeks away when they can make it.
