My experience in cashing a winning lottery ticket over $600 at the Illinois Lottery HQ in Springfield couldn't have been easier or gone smoother. Make sure you make an appointment before you go as there's a security guard that will check your ID to confirm your appointment before you can go in. The security and staff were extremely helpful, friendly, and professional and I couldn't have asked for a better or faster experience. There's also street parking right in front of the entrance.
This company doesn't care about your money I asked one of the customer service worker's about the status of my claim she stated she hopes I never get it. Just know this the worst experience with illinois lottery people stop playing because when you win you will go through hell trying to get your winnings and customer service horrible. i've been playing lottery for 20 years this day has taught me a lesson. keep my money
