The lady at the window is absolutely horrible and unhelpful I was just telling her the website should say “no digital copies accepted” in regards to a w-2 to prove social security number and she was nothing but rude and argumentative about that and said “ were government agency, we don’t do digital” Breaking news it’s 2026 and everything is digital now.
