If I could give them zero i would. Called yesterday for some advice. I needed it before 5pm and was assured it will be done. Chased it up and was told all going well. Solicitor is reviewing. 4pm I called and told the person I was dealing with was busy. Finally she came on the phone. At 4.55pm she emailed me saying to ask for an extension or send the response I had written. I ended up getting an extension till Wednesday.
